چکیده

Control of glucose concentration has tremendous significance in medical diagnosis, pharmaceuticals, food, and fermentation industries. Herein, we report on the fabrication a facile, low-cost, sensitive enzyme-based amperometric sensor using electrochemically deposited polyaniline (PANI) film graphite electrode. PANI was from an aqueous solution 0.2 M aniline 1.0 hydrocholoric acid (HCl) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Surface morphology composition characterization were carried out scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Potentiostatic immobilization oxidase (GOX) enzyme at 0.75 V to fabricate biosensor (GOx/PANI/graphite biosensor). The response prepared studied amperometrically detecting hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). detection H2O2 optimized calibrating effects pH, reduction potential, background current. A potential -0.4 pH 6 best combination get maximum GOx/PANI/graphite biosensor. stable current obtained 4 min with high reproducibility linearity within range 0.01 M-0.1 D-glucose. Therefore, fabricated could be promising candidate for sensing.

An Amperometric Biosensor for Glucose Determination Prepared from Glucose Oxidase Immobilized in Polyaniline-Polyvinylsulfonate Film

In this study, a novel amperometric glucose biosensor with immobilization of glucose oxidase on electrochemically polymerized polyaniline-polyvinylsulphonate (Pani-Pvs) films has been accomplished via the entrapment technique. Electropolymerization of aniline on the Pt surface of the Pt electrode was carried out at constant potential (0.75 V, vs. Ag/AgCl) using an electrochemical cell containin...
